Lumines is one of, if not the best puzzle games out there. Rotating dual-colored-quadrant based squares proved to be the PSP’s killer app but the translation to Xbox Live was too much damn money: 1200 points, equaling out to around 15 bucks cash is about the same price as the portable puzzler. While cruising my dashboard tonight I caught an ad for the game… lucky for us we can now catch it on Live for a mere 800 points, which knocks down the price to around 10 quid. Totally rad.
After some investigation as to how long this game will last at this price we found out via Major Nelson that it looks to be permanent. Enjoy!
Update: Along with the price reduction is an additional skin for the game: “Heavenly Star” is available for free for a limited time, so snag it before November 15th, Gold Members.
