E309: Bioware shows us how Star Wars should be. Again.

During E3, Bioware released the first cinematic trailer for its upcoming Star Wars: The Old Republic Massively Multiplayer Online game. Initial reaction across the Internet can be said to be very positive at a minimum.

The trailer itself is called “Deceived,” Sith baddies are invading a Jedi temple, and dispatching the meager forces inside. The Jedi mount a stern defense with some impressive (though learly not in-game) video.

Bioware has released information about something called The HoloNet, an ingame database of gameworld history, classes, planets and factions. The game is supposedly “fully voiced,” which is nothing less than we’d expect from Bioware.
