According to the masters of evaluating the lawmaker’s scrutiny of video games, Game Politics, Jack Thompson was mistaking to believe he could continue on an uninformed tirade, crusading against games – for “humanity’s safety.”
Florida Bar filed a complaint against Jack, which Judge Dava Tunis has recommended a guilty verdict for 27 of the 31 charges. These include (but are not limited to): “knowingly making a false statement to a law or tribunal,” and “using means to delay or burden a third person.”
The hearing for Thompson’s verdict is arranged to take place on June 4, where his legal career could very well cease – gamers everywhere: cue rejoicing.
