Burnout Paradise to get PSN Release

Posted on Fri, Aug 15, 2008 in News, Sony PS3, Xbox 360

A must have on both of the current gen systems, Burnout Paradise has promised huge amounts of DLC, which Critereon have confirmed is on the way for fall.

This is set to include the long awaited addition of bikes to the game, which is sure to get people back to play the game once more. Trophies are also going to be included in the update, meaning that Playstation fans still have something to look forward to in Paradise City.

But what about the people who never picked up Burnout when it was first released, they could go back and pick up a preowned copy of the game, or they could download the upcoming PSN version of the game. Taking the place of a Game of the Year version of the game, this downloadable package will feature the whole of Burnout Paradise, while also throwing in all the DLC that has been available so far-even though it was all free anyway.

This will be a great addition to the Playstation Store, once again proving that retail priced games can fit in with the cheaper titles on whichever platform you choose. The game is on the way for a fall release, and will be well priced at $29.99.
