E309: First Art For Zelda Wii Unveiled

The Wii specific Legend of Zelda was a no show at this year’s Nintendo E3 press conference, but that hasn’t stopped series creator Shigeru Miyamoto from both confirming its existence, and unveiling art for the game, which can be seen above. Said to be drastically different from other games in the series, the lack of Master Sword on the picture, and the weird looking creature pictured behind link could mean huge changes are happening. Don’t expect much more info on Wii Zelda until later in the year, with this art being the only clue we have to the direction the series is going in.
