Left 4 Dead 2 has been announced by Microsoft for release on November 17th, just under a year after the first game.
Set to include deeper Melee attack integration, a more intense cooperative atmosphere and new weapons, including a chainsaw, frying pan, axe and baseball bat. The game spans locations from Savannah, Georgia to bayou country, and will see some events taking place in New Orleans’ French Quarter. This variety is sure to add something fresh to the original game, with much more robust options in the versus and co-operative campaigns, making this a both bigger and better version.
Left 4 Dead 2 will be out just before the end of the year, and by the pedigree of the original game, Xbox 360 and PC gamers should be very excited.
