It didn’t take that long for the peripheral companies to jump on the balance board bandwagon! The very first 3rd-party balance board will be coming from a company called Njoy and they’re calling it the G-Board Balance Board. It looks eerily similar to the Nintendo-brand board with the exception of the LCD display at the top.
You can already pre-order from Amazon.co.uk but it has an amazing high price tag of £64.99, which comes in at $130 for our American and Canadian friends. Seems pretty steep, especially when you consider that you can get both the “official” board plus Wii Fit for just £5.00 more. A product like this will probably find it’s niche with those gamers not interested in Wii Fit but want it for upcoming games like Skate It! and Raving Rabbids TV Party
The G-Board Balance Board is slated for release on September 12th.
