Avid OXM fans have been scouring the newly launched website for any morsel of information on the next demo disc. The next issue, January 2008 #79, just popped up on the site with the PDF thin pack label with the disc information on it. Among the typical expected Arcade and retail demos is a playable version of Frontlines: Fuel of War, a highly anticipated class-based-FPS coming out in 2008. Boasting 32 players online (64 on the PC) in gargantuan, open-ended-maps and gorgeous visuals, we wonder if anyone will even care when it comes out. Will gamers be burned-out on the FPS genre by the time it releases? 2007 had a gratuitous amount of them, so we’re hoping that the demo impresses enough to get folks interested in it.

Subscribers will find out if there is anything worthwhile in the game around Christmas when the issue is in full circulation. Read below for full disc contents.
