Just as Epic has started to work out all of the matchmaking issues that plague Gears of War 2 on Xbox LIVE, they drop three new multiplayer maps on the masses. Last night at the SPIKE TV Video Game Awards, Microsoft and Epic unveiled the “Combustible” map pack, which is available right now for 800 points – $10.
This writer is in the process of downloading the new maps (named Flood, Gold Rush, and Fuel Station) as we speak, so check back tomorrow for impressions and maybe even a few strategy tips. For now, you will have to settle for downloading it yourself or checking out the screenshots after the break.
