From August 12 to 15 it’s QuakeCon, the Woodstock of gaming, so to celebrate Valve are holding a Steam sale on all Bethesda Softworks and id Software titles.
The jewel of the sale is the 27 game Quakecon 2010 pack including titles such as Fallout 3: GotY, Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth, Doom 3 and Commander Keen. Normally for all this it would cost £195.54; now it’s been reduced to a mere £49.99.
For those not fussed about getting the whole pack then there’s the daily deals offering ridiculously cheap prices for best sellers.
Today’s wise investment would be The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition at £5.09 or for a little more the deluxe edition at £6.79 which includes every piece of DLC released, even the horse armour. No more will you have to worry about your horse’s modesty.
