Konami have announced release dates for Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for the PSP and as per usual the UK get things a little later.
The new addition to the Metal Gear series is expected to be released on the 25 May for North America and 28 May for UK, though both are still two months behind Japan.
This installment follows on from Snake Eater putting you in control of Naked Snake amidst Cold War conflict in the 70s. Featuring “an original story” expect a labyrinthian plot, bizarre but memorable characters and co-op mode offering a wealth of tactical operations.
“Metal Gear Solid fans should prepare themselves for the next chapter of Snake’s story,” said Hideo Kojima, Head of Kojima Productions and creator of the Metal Gear Solid series.
“Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker will answer many of the series’ unanswered questions and showcase a different, more collaborative side to tactical espionage.”
