An announcement that will delight any wannabe singers who have been using Sony’s SingStar series as a way to hone their skills, you can now take the karaoke contest online.
An additional option will soon be added to menu, Online Battle allowing you to pick from your PlayStation Network friends and have a true sing off thanks to PlayStation Eye integration. You can see your opponents score throughout, and as an addition to an already packed Karaoke experience, Online Battle mode is set to be welcomed with open arms.
Look for the update to arrive for SingStar in June.
