The day that plenty of Playstation 3 owners have been waiting for is here, the day when PSN cards are easily available for the first time.
Rather than track down one of the few Meijer stores that sell the cards, or join the army, the only way to buy both DLC and Playstation Network games has been to use a credit card. Finally, Sony has caught up to its rivals, allowing those who are too young to have a credit card acess to the store, or give people the ability to trade in games for PSN money-even Nintendo have beaten Sony to the gun on this.
The pre-paid cards come in at $20 and $50, and although the amount of different prices is much less than in Japan, they are the perfect way to buy a game like Warhawk. Lets hope that this extends to European Blockbuster stores, as Sony still haven’t announced a date for those across the water.
