Another update has been made to SingStar’s SingStore which has added a “Wallpaper Creator” extra and has seen the number of available downloads break through the 1000 song barrier.  The number has been reached due to the fortnightly updates to the online catalogue, and has been achieved just a month before the SingStore’s second birthday.  The latest additions include two tracks from both Dizzee Rascal and Everclear, as well as a song pack from Duran Duran and the fifth and final pack from Queen.

The “Wallpaper Creator” is the third feature added to the “Extras” section of the SingStore.  This new download allows you to create custom in-game wallpapers using images stored on your hard drive, and a range of colours and music can be selected from to suit the style.  The Wallpaper Creator is available to download from the SingStore now, priced at £1.99/$2.99, and a range of pre-made wallpapers are also available for 49p/75¢.
