Pixeloo is the credited artist behind the photoshopping easel, in which he/she depicts Super Mario’s eponymous character in an ultra-realistic 3D render. The aptly titled Super Real Mario Brother is creepy, but I feel an almost overwhelming pity for the guy. He looks so depressed with his giant droopy eyes and somber look, but who wouldn’t be with that shnozz?
The ear is out of place and the hat has very little texture detail, but the attention to detail on Mario’s sweat-shined nose and scruffy five o’ clock shadow make the thing look pretty dope, even if it doesn’t look that “real”, so hats off to the artist. We’re looking forward to more of the photoshop mastery!
