Ask what game I’ve played more than any other over the past year and the answer would have to be Peggle. As puzzle games go, the simple but addictive peg smashing gameplay makes a good first impression. 4 hours later, you’ll be addicted to the fast paced, but tactical game from Pop Cap-developers of the [...]

The Locoroco series is one of the most unique series of games that exists on the PSP. A game played solely using three buttons, it’s simple, yet compelling gameplay, and beautiful art style have made it a firm platform favourite.

Rather than living up to name, Vempire-one of the first PSP minis-is a puzzle experience, taking cues from the likes of Bejewelled and a multitude of online flash games. Is this a perfect example of why PSP Minis are the future, or would you rather be playing the vampire themed game the title made you [...]

7 Wonders II, developed by Avanquest Software for the Nintendo DS, is yet another spin on the match 3 genre. However, to be successful in this genre, the unique spin in the game must be one that is more than a gimmick, and captivates a gamer as much as Bejeweled, the King of match 3 games does. It’s always good to see quality titles when a gaming platform first launches. When the Xbox Live Arcade for Xbox 360 took off, Geometry Wars led the charge, and the similarly addictive Radius looks to be using its fast paced action-puzzle originality to do the same for Apple’s iPhone. Radius makes use [...]

Titled Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure, it looks to bring some unique aspects as it combines platforming adventure elements along with puzzle solving. Both screens of the DS will be utilized: one for [...]

It’s hard to imagine that a connect-three puzzle could possibly be the stepping stone for an iPhone-only MMO, but that’s exactly what Aurora Feint is. Akin to Panel de Pon or Planet Puzzle League, the primary goal of Feint is to connect three or more blocks together and chain combos to rack up points. In [...]
